Answering inbound calls 100% of the time while:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Answering client questions regarding health care solutions offered in a timely and professional manner, and responding to/redirecting calls as appropriate.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Being attentive to the needs of the client as a trustworthy member of the team.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ The Customer Care Associate will be explaining, describing and enrolling the client for a specific product offering.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Updating and documenting account information and records.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Following established guidelines for compliance, quality and productivity.
Position Duties:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Balance client and business needs while producing a positive definable moment.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Consult, influence and sell to customers.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Work in a potentially fast paced environment where changes to procedures are common.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Actively listen, interpret and resolve client inquiries while updating customer account information.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ability to learn customized computer systems.
Hours: 9 am - 5pm EST, Monday through Friday with paid time-off and paid holidays
Location: Virtual. Anywhere in the U.S. (Home-based), Telecommute

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
