Provide administrative support to departments while using multiple computer applications within the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PP and Excel) and several web based and customized applications. The Administrative Assistant will focus on producing high quality deliverables. As a member of the team this individual will assist in providing reports, process travel and expense reports, take meeting minutes, and provide calendaring support.
Position Duties:
Prepare and modify documents including travel and expense reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and arrangements for management MS Outlook/MS Calendar.
Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules.
Prepare and analyze various reports, documents and presentations with a variety of software applications in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Complete data entry into customized software.
Plans and arranges conferences, meetings and/or special events under general instructions from management; communicates arrangements to appropriate individuals.
Prepares or directs preparation of minutes, notices, manuals, agendas and correspondence with all supporting documentation, requiring application of specialized knowledge of the assigned function.
Handle requests for information and data.
Resolve administrative problems and inquiries and prepare written responses to routine inquiries.
Adhere to confidentiality and discretion as this role has access to confidential company information.
Location: Virtual. Anywhere in the U.S. (Home-based)
Hours: Part-Time. Varies based on clients needs during EST.
Salary: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour DOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
