Position Summary: Describe the positions purpose and overall role in the organization. Identify major job objectives and initiatives.

Serves as point of contact for reservations, bookings, equipment, catering, and other such services.
o
Communicates to internal and external clients.
o
Performs some administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports.
o
Coordinates logistics, setup/knockdown and on-site problem resolution.
o
May assist in daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements
o
May track progress and identify/resolve obstacles.

Physical Demands: Work is typically performed in a standard office environment, is sedentary in nature and typically requires occasional carrying, maneuvering and lifting in order to complete duties of the position. Frequent hand /eye coordination is used to operate keyboard and related office equipment. Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity, and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
