Position
Summary:
o Prepares salads, fruits, and other prep for all units including catering.
o Cleans vegetables, fruits, and berries for salads, relishes and gelatin desserts.
o Mixes ingredients for green salads and fruit salads.
o Prepares relish plates of various vegetables and prepares dressings to be served on green salads.
o Peels, cleans and cuts fruits and vegetables.
o Sets-up salad bars, read menus and check production.
o Operates a variety of kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, wash, peel, cut, season cold foods for serving and storing.
o Properly stores food, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage.
o Inspects cold food workstations for compliance with service standards.
o Keeps records and requisition for supplies/equipment as needed.
o Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment following all Sodexo, client and regulatory rules and procedures.
o Prepares cold sandwiches and cheeses and any daily specials according to the menu.
o Help at the frontline serving and replenishing salad bar/deli.
Qualifications:
o long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.
o Ability to communicate with guests friendly and professional manner. o Basic knowledge and ability work with knives, slicer, buffaolo chopper and various other kitchen equipments that needs to perform daily tasks.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
